Speakers
Bethany Montoya, RDH, is a practicing dental hygienist, editorial director of Through the Loupes newsletter by DentistryIQ, and serves the industry as a key opinion leader. She has advanced knowledge and training in complex cosmetic dentistry, dental sleep medicine, and implant dentistry. Over the course of her career, she has discovered a passion for leadership, building team culture, communication, and accountability. She has devoted her most recent years to focusing on dentistry's personal and interpersonal aspects through her social media brand, @humanrdh.
Amber is the 2019 Sunstar Award of Distinction recipient, a practicing dental hygienist, corporate consultant, and international speaker. She created Thrive in the OP, a membership course that equips dental hygienists with clinical, business, and leadership skills outside of their traditional hygiene degree.
