April Welker, BSDH, RDH, began her dental career in 2005. Before traveling the country as a practice management advisor and team coach, she entered the field as a certified dental assistant, and later graduated from dental hygiene school with honors in 2012. April loves what she does and believes that every position in dentistry is more than a job. It is extremely rewarding to her when a team comes together to celebrate their successes.
