In our profession, ergonomics is of particular importance. Julie shares what she’s learned through the years to prevent injury and encourage career longevity. There are also many little things hygienists can do throughout the day to keep the body from developing pain, such as mini breaks. She shares what she’s found works well for her own self-care in an effort to help her fellow hygienists.
