Melissa Carter, BSDH, RDH, AAS

Melissa Carter, BSDH, RDH, AAS, graduated in 2015 with an associates in applied science. She worked in clinical practice for eight years before moving into academia to teach at Illinois Central College’s hygiene program. She earned her BS in dental hygiene education and management. She works full-time for a DSO as an HR compliance specialist, implementing best practices for infection control. Melissa is currently pursuing a master's in public health and is working to place prevention policies in public health-care settings.
