Nicole Garlington-Doughty, RDH

Nicole Garlington-Doughty, RDH, a Florida native, transitioned from dental assistant to registered dental hygienist after graduating from Concorde Career College. Balancing her career with life as a military wife and mom, she actively contributes to the profession through volunteering with Mission of Mercy, the Special Olympics, and serving on the board of directors for her local ADHA component in Colorado. Nicole also founded Toothbytes, a dental podcast supporting students and professionals with mentorship and industry insights.
