In search of a work permit

Dear RDH,

I am a hygienist currently working in Tucson, Ariz. I was recently licensed in Ireland to practice, however, obtaining a work permit has been difficult because of the high unemployment rate and the limited contacts I have.

I was hoping your readers could send me information pertaining to working as a hygienist in Ireland. It took nine months to get licensed there, and I would hate to quit now.
